    Great article. I fully agree that conditioning and faith of the mids in the 4-3-3 scheme are essential for success with this most powerful formation.
    I’d add power of fearless runs by weak-side outside defenders as another offensive option well suited for the 4-3-3. (Of course fast counter attack threats increase. All the more reason for strong mids.)

    I also enjoy the space that opens up for attacking runs by fullbacks in the 4-3-3. This can lead to dangerous counters which is why I feel a very strong and skilled defensive mid is a must.
